From your Astryx account. Once your birth chart is on file, every guide and reading you buy is auto-personalized to your exact placements. You never have to re-enter birth data per product.
Can I read it on my phone? Print it?
Both. Every guide lives in your account as a web reading with a built-in Print button that opens a properly typeset PDF-style page you can save or print at home.
Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
Every shop product is a one-time purchase. No recurring charge. If you want regular readings on a schedule, that is the subscription side of Astryx, not the shop.
Are refunds available?
Because every guide is personalised to your chart the moment you buy it, we cannot refund a guide that has already been generated. If something goes wrong with delivery, reply to the receipt email and we will fix it.
I do not know my birth time. Can I still order?
Yes. Some sections of the guide (rising sign, house placements) need a birth time to be exact. We will write everything that does not require a time, and flag the house-based sections so you can come back when you do know.
