When you complete your first reading, Astryx casts your natal chart from your exact birth date, time, and location. This is the same calculation a professional astrologer performs before any session: the precise positions of all ten major planets across the twelve houses of your chart, along with the aspects they form with each other. Conjunctions, oppositions, trines, squares: every angle between every planet, specific to you and your moment of birth.
When you choose a reading, we read the transits currently active in the sky and interpret how they fall on your natal positions. A Saturn transit through your seventh house means something entirely different than the same transit through someone else's. A Venus conjunction to your natal Mars is yours alone. The focus area you choose (love, career, money, life path) shapes which houses and planets the reading attends to. Every sentence is drawn from these specific placements. Nothing is generic. Every major aspect between them, calculated and ranked by how tight the orb is.
When you request a reading, we cross-reference those natal positions against the transits currently active in the sky and generate an interpretation using the same framework professional astrologers apply: house meanings, planetary rulerships, aspect patterns, transit timing. Your Saturn in your seventh house matters because we know it is your seventh house. Your Venus aspecting your natal Mars appears in the reading because we know that aspect exists in your chart. The interpretation is AI-generated, drawing on the same principles a trained astrologer would apply to your chart. What goes in is specific to you. What comes out is too.
