Accessibility

We want everyone, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to compute their birth chart and read their readings on Astryx. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time task.

Astryx uses meaningful page structure and headings, a visible keyboard focus indicator on every control, labelled form fields, and clear error messages. The birth chart is not locked inside an image: the same placements, aspects, and highlights are also provided as real text and a table, so the meaning is available to screen readers. Text meets the AA contrast minimum, animation respects your system reduce-motion setting, and the whole experience is available in English, Spanish, and Arabic, including right-to-left layout.

Some areas are still being improved. We test with a keyboard and a screen reader and fix issues as we find them. This statement reflects an internal review, not a certified third-party audit.

A "Skip to content" link is available at the top of each page. On the birth chart, you can move through the tabbed views with the keyboard, and all chart data is also available as text and a table.

If any part of Astryx is hard to use, please email support@astryx.life with the page and a short description of what happened. A real person will look into it, and we aim to respond within a few business days.
