Our approach
We want every reading to be worth what you paid for it. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.
Digital products and right of withdrawal
All Astryx readings are digital content prepared specifically for your natal chart and delivered to your account at the moment of purchase. By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (including any statutory right to cancel under EU, UK, or Canadian consumer law) once delivery has begun.
This waiver is consistent with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and applicable Canadian provincial consumer protection legislation covering digital goods supplied with the consumer's prior express consent.
You confirm this consent by checking the agreement box at checkout before completing payment.
When we will issue a refund
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
- Reading not delivered. If you were charged but your reading never appeared in your account due to a technical failure on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or a new reading, whichever you prefer.
- Duplicate charge. If you were charged more than once for the same reading, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
- Technical error. If a bug caused you to purchase a reading you did not intend to buy, contact us within 24 hours and we will review the case.
What we cannot refund
- Readings that were successfully delivered to your account, even if you feel the reading did not resonate with you. Astrology is an interpretive art and readings are subjective by nature.
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago, unless there was a clear technical failure.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time in a subscription period unless there was a billing error.
Shop guides and bundles
The same rules apply to one-shot deep-dive guides and bundles purchased through the Astryx Shop. Each guide is generated from your birth chart and delivered to your account within minutes of payment. Because the guide is built for you, refunds are not available once it has been delivered.
If your guide failed to generate due to a technical error on our end, contact support@astryx.life and we will either re-generate the guide or refund the purchase in full, whichever you prefer.
Gift cards
Gift cards purchased through the Astryx Shop are non-refundable once delivered to the recipient. Before the scheduled delivery date you can cancel a gift card and receive a full refund by emailing support@astryx.life. After delivery, the card belongs to the recipient.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and do not expire. Any unspent balance remains on the recipient's account.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@astryx.life with:
- The email address on your account.
- The date of purchase.
- A brief description of the issue.
We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
